Junior Consultant

You will be part of the VS Consulting finance team that works closely with CEOs of start-ups and scale-ups to help them address critical challenges and transform their finance processes.

Typically, you will:

• Support customers with their recurrent finance tasks,
• Design new finance processes and operating models,
• Collaborate on digitalization projects and automation processes,
• Design & improve information workflows between stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who:

• has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a Master’s degree in Economics/Management Sciences,
• is a good communicator and can express themselves fluently in English and French/Dutch,
• is IT literate and has an excellent knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams),
• has solid analytical and quantitative skills,
• is detail-orientated, organised and flexible and able to work independently,
• is a team player who can work well with all internal and external stakeholders,
• initial experience as a junior consultant in a consulting firm or a fiduciary would be a plus.
